No, Australia is the Florida of the rest of the world. Florida is both the lightning strike capital and shark bite capital of the world. It's the only place both alligators and crocodiles live. We have plenty of venomous snakes and spiders. The big thing is that our entire population lives in close proximity of gators and venomous snakes and spiders it isnt something confined to certain regions. There's gators in the retention pond behind my house they cross the street and go to publix

Really pretty. I love it there. I went to a place by the Everglades where they take you on like a nature walk but in a buggy with big wheels to go thru the creeks and whatnot. We had gone in January and it was super cold that year so it was near empty. As the guide was showing and explaining all the flora amd fauna to us late into sunset the guide froze and whispered look to the left. Holy Moly we got to see a Native black Florida panther. So so beautiful. Even the guide had said after 8 yrs working there he had never seen one. Thank you to my home state Florida for marking one off my bucket list.

could be different monkeys from different escapes but I thought they escaped from the set of the Tarzan show/movie that was filmed in Florida.
@theninearemine84997 ай бұрын
@hudono4047 There were two separate cases of monkeys in Florida. The one you are thinking about was in Key West. That one was a research laboratory that purposely released them... for research. Those were removed in 1997 because they became an invasive animal problem for the local trees. The ones in this video were escapees from a theme park/tourist trap called Tropical Wonderland. [Note] Some believe the place just released them when they shut down because they didn't know what to do with them. The Tarzan detail has been distorted over time. The original actor who played Tarzan lived in Florida and was a huge supporter of the place. When the business started failing. He stepped up to use his star power to help promote the place. Which resulted in a resurgence of tourist traffic for the park. It lasted for a while. But after his passing, the business began to struggle again. Eventually shutting down for good. This case was back in the 1970s.
