I made this necklace. I only had black pearls, blue-black bicones, black seed beads. it turned out beautiful. thank you so much.
@j.whiteoak64082 жыл бұрын
Thank you Stephanie!! I had so much fun turning the component with Pearl Drops in pale pink into earrings!! I didn't put anything in the centre, so it's a see-through hole, and I did an extra plain 15/0 seed-bead row at the back in Translucent Orchid (like a rainbow-pale pink AB colour) so it now has 3 rows of beads around it (for the centre row I used 4x3mm Rondelles in the centre in Orchid 2XAB) ... and they're soooooo cute, like little 'pillows' of pearls! My Mother-in-law will absolutely love them for Mother's Day, and I'm waiting for some Pearl White 15/0's and Gold Pearl Drop beads to arrive so I can make myself a pair to match a necklace I did a while ago for myself. I think this little component has so many 'tweaks' in it that it will keep me busy for a while. I've decided to make my whole matching bracelet by joining 6 or 7 of the components together .. that will be spectcular!

Hi again! I watched the whole tutorial again yesterday. I had to order the Montees off Amazon so it took awhile and I still have some ABs on the way. Think I have enough to decorate a whole sweater. lol I finish my pieces the same way you do, I totally agree on being nit-picky about details. lol I am back do a few pieces watching how you actually do the center/focal piece. I should know by heart since this will be my 3rd time. Thanks for sharing and making new projects easier. Love your vids.

I made one the other day, it is an awesome pattern. I just followed the bracelet pattern and made it longer, and used 3 of the reversible earings, embellished crazy for pearls, and added dangles. I used a light gold pearl, red and purple bicones. It looks great.!

I’m heartbroken that I’ve never seen you before now on KZbin! This necklace looks amazing, belated thanks for the tutorial! I’ve actually just started trying to create my own version following you, but I’m all the way around the centrepiece and my seed beads just will not stay in position, they are constantly sliding down the pearls. Have I done something wrong? Thanks x

Aww thanks! Loving it so far, though the seeds are crazy small and difficult, lol! Thanks again, and look forward to seeing your other tutorials after this! 😍 xx

G'Day My Wonderful Friend, You will find this unbelievable as this will be a "short novel'. Just discovered that you had post and as it is almost the bewitching hour for me (and I need all the magical hours of beauty sleep I can get) I just took a quick look through your video. Come morning I will with my breaky on my knee and coffee in hand fully view it. I like what I see so far. I left that request of "can you put a spring in my step" on your last video.... hope you like it and it did you some good. I'm off now to '"recharge the little grey cells" so G'Night from your Wonder Down Under .....view you in the morning Blessings ....XXOOX I can't believe its a short note lol.
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry8 жыл бұрын
+Chris Phillips Really!!! I didn't even have time to make my breaky :) haha lol You, however will have a long breaky if you watch the entire video as I make the component again (and for the last time on video) Skip the first 20 minutes...I think I was hopped up on caffeine haha! Chris, thank you for the lovely imagery in your last posted comment! Just what I need during this icy cold and very snowy February. My dear Wonder from Down Under, you have a talent besides beading and needle point etc!! Maybe a KZbin channel of guided meditations using your amazing gift! You could use beautiful restful nature scenes as you lull your audience into deep relaxation! Not kidding here honey, you have the gift!!!
@chrisphillips18938 жыл бұрын
+Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry I have just spent a most wonderful hour and 26 minutes enjoying this video. Ate my breaky, drank my coffee and made another component for my "grand master piece" and the best part was that I put off the dreaded housework for that time!!!! I'm not a big fan of grey (as I love the colours of Autumn is it is my skin tone) but I have to say I "love" the grey pearl one better. Nice clasp ending at the back....very disappointed that I didn't get to see your graceful "swan" like neck as you modeled it.. there's always the next video to rectify that situation. Don't apologize for having a long video....I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! I gather that you aren't a fan of football...we differ a little here as I adore my Footy (Aussie Rules) sorry I have to say it ....go Tigers. It's not just the game ...it's all those young well built bodies wearing those shorts and sleeveless tops.... all that muscle...wow. No padding, helmets and cover up uniforms for brave bronze Aussie men!!!!!! Now back down to earth again, I love my one step loop maker and the more you use it the better you get at making them and you also will soon fall in in love with it. I am glad you like my ode to Spring and I will follow it up with one to Summer. I just see with more than my eyes when I am thinking or looking a round as I see with my inner being as well as feeling the soul of Nature. If I can have the sensation of touch then so can everything in Nature.... every thing has a life force so any one can feel it, see it and experience it. The words and descriptions of what I am seeing therefore come easy to me.... may be it's the Hippie in me (minus the brownies and their after glow) that lets me see beyond the worst of human nature and into the magical world of all that is around me.....hope that it makes sense to you. Thank you for you kind and thoughtful words.. they mean so much to me. Well as I said last night that today would bring the novel and so here it is..... hope that it didn't put you to sleep!!!!! lol Just to let you know the "grand master piece is well on it's way and I hope to have it finished soon. Stay "very" warm my little polar bear and many, many Blessings...XXOOX
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry8 жыл бұрын
+Chris Phillips You are a poet my dear and an old soul (meant in the most flattering way possible) I see what you see but translating what fills my soul in to words does not come as easily for me as it does for my Down Under Novelist Wonder! Just as transferring the vast and beautiful colors of nature to bead colors and designs is a big leap that needs a step in between to make it possible! For writing I need a thesaurus at times haha lol, and for beading a little peek at the color wheel might help those who have a challenge with color. Where do you find a bead that matches the nascent shoots of a spring crocus peeking out of the snow in late February and translate that in to a piece of jewelry? I loved your ode to Spring and I mean it when I say you should consider guided meditation videos on KZbin! I'd be your first listener!!! xoxo my dear and I am looking forward to your ode to Summer :)
@chrisphillips18938 жыл бұрын
+Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry You are a practitioner of Yoga and therefore through the discipline of meditation and breathing use those skills to see objects that are all around you for example the nascent shoots of spring crocus peeking out of the snow....feel it, touch it and see it's colours with you mind and through breathing allow you thoughts to be one with the crocus. You know that it exist that it has life running through its leaves... now join your mind to it. One life force to another. Now you see what is beyond what you know to be. It may take a little time my little polar bear but you will get there.....we all have it in us for we are really light forces traveling the vastness of time throughout the cosmos...each fulfilling our destinies.......

I enjoyed every minute of this tutorial ! It's a gorgeous set and everything makes sense with your designing process. Question: It My choker ending up literally choking me a bit after completing it so I'm wondering if the chain you added is intended only for decorative purposes or if it is meant to be used to "lengthen" the necklace also. I really don't want to take it apart =/ Thank you so much for your fabulous videos!

Hi Stephanie, I love your designs. But can you clarify something for me. When you are attaching the front row of the seed beads to the bicone, there are 9 seed beads there. Are you going through four seed beads,the bicone and then 4 seed beads or are you going through 5 seed beads?

+Evonne H. Thanks Evonne ;) I do chat a bit! I sort of go with the flow and whatever comes into mind that I think would be helpful I will talk about. I hope you keep watching (many tutorials are shorter... sort of lol) and thanks so much for stoping by! Much appreciated! Bead on!
