With the amount of catalysts you need for both firearms and descendants, I feel like there needs to be a rebalance with how long they take to craft or the ability to craft multiple at once

its also annoying because I used 10 catalysts and maxed out my thundercage with them early on, and now I cant use other/better builds because the sockets just don't match, either im missing something that allows me to interchange them without having to grind more catalysts, or its a big diversity design flaw

Those are applied values from mods, not the actual crit rate. You have to go to weapon info to see the actual crit rate @DPJ

Yea, I agree Spencer. What I've learned from the stats is that any additional critical hit rate acts a multiplier of the base crit hit rate, its not additive. Meaning the 20% base for the Thunder Cage is multiplied by that final total Crit Hit Rate %. For example sake, lets say you were able to get to 25% additional. The base 20% is multiplied by the 25% additional, which comes to 5. That 5 is then added back to the base 20% for a total of 25% Crit Hit Rate. Not significant increase overall. For the Supply Moisture, it does appear to add the flat 20% to the final multiple, meaning that 25% from earlier would be increased to 45%. That is currently the only module I know that does a flat increase, although I am curious about the module Lethal Finish.

@@moses8uno990 the multipler gets added after Supply Moisture so the base 20% gets turned into 40% and then the module percentage gets multiplied. so if u add ur used 25% it ends up being at 50% critical hit rate, ive gotten to nearly 80% before and its insane

@@cherryblossom1867 All the guns in this game have certain set base stats u cant change the base stats by crafting different weapons, supply moisture adds on the base statistic and does not multiply with the base, the mods on the other hand multiply with the base stat (witch is changed by supply moisture) if u have 80% crit chance from mods u have to multiply ur (20%= 0.2) by 1.8 witch equates to 0.36=36% crit chance. if we take the (new) 40% basestat if u stand in water and multiply by the same factor we end up with 72% crit rate. gotta do the math correctly; and the higher the crit chance basestat of the gun u are using the closer u can get to 100% crit chance

I think you can take off your reload modules because you can animation cancel it . For thunder cage when your reload is quarter way u can roll or grapple to cancel the animation and ur reloaded.

you can use both of those mods electric conductor and electric enhancement it will trigger the electric damage as i use toxic works like a charm

what about putting in an element enhancement atk? It will not show up in the dps numbers but they do give big damage and the element damage can crit too.

This build sucks, olololol 600k dps my barely 500k does alot more, and yes, with an empty slot for 15 point cost element damage for each boss

This is a pretty solid build, I must say. Having high critical damage means nothing if your critical rate is low. I’ll definitely be using this build.

wouldn't something like chill enhancement be better than electric conductor? chill enhancement for example adds a 30% chill attack to each bullet where as u need to get electrocution for that to work

Thundercage just feels so much better than anything else with how easy you can farm its duplicates. Feels like a stepping stone weapon. God tier early, but outshined later.
