Grats to denneys on his DS speed kill, but I think some people are mistakenly going to believe this lends any weight to his critless argument on solo bosses, so I'm gonna copy paste my response to one such commenter: "Yeah and that still doesn't change my argument. He used crit lepics in a scenario where he'll get 30% crit rate maximum with luna due to death stalker's 70% skill crit resist. He is, by proxy on death stalker, creating nearly identical conditions as solo swamp walker, except on swamp lepic gets 38% crit. We literally said in this very video you're better off running crit lepic with a luna in the higher bosses, and if crit lepic is better with even less crit rate there, is there any reason you should believe that crit lepic wouldn't be better than critless lepic here when you have even more crit rate here? He's literally gone and verified my argument against him" I don't get why peeps are surprised when all he's done now is gone and done exactly what I said you do and even adjusted his crit build using logic I discussed in the video. I don't hate him guys, I just think his argument for critless lepic is stupid as hell lol, and I hope you get why. Was a good DS kill tho, so props all the same.

Do you have any advice for yujins first aid mod? I'm asking because the gley players are preventing the info from getting out. I don't know why? With first aid kit the gleys don't have to worry about losing damage because they don't have to pick it up. So some player say singular power heals more or medical support heals more Im using a little of both so I'm not sure what's more effective?

hey vash i was wondering if you could do a video explaining how defense and dr worked for decendants one thing that kind of confuses me is that the max resist mods say +180% resistance to x element mean while the antil body ones give you a tangible 4.3k elemental resistance. Are the max resist mods useless with out an anti body mod to go with it? and how does def,resistances, and incoming damage modifier synergize if at all. i wanna make the tankiest ajax i can possibly make just cause 😇 🙏

0 crit lepic can be interesting if you want to use his ult for mobs. Because crit takes many modules slots its complicated. For mobing you want a lots of utility modules, so saving slots by using raw damage and adding utility is cool. But in term of pure damage for bossing i dont see how 0 crit could be better than crit with such high numbers. Its classic case of people dont know shit

Valby should only be building Crit with Supply Moisture. As that gives her a base of 25%. Without Supply Moisture though, she only has a Base of 5% and should be building Crit-less. So if using any other mods, this would be the way to go. Some people really like her jumping nuke for mobbing. It's not the highest DPS she can do, but is fun and the right way to build with that mod should be Crit-less.

In a world where everyone wants to be the first one to "come up" with a build without checking all their data first, I will 100% will trust and consume content from someone that has done the work and proves their claims with factual data. I would much rather see quality content that 3 or 4 videos of "updates" on the same builds because of new findings, meaning they never check their info to begin. Saw the video about non-crit Lepic and was like, “why”. My ULT Lepic can solo all the bosses and then one phase every boss up until the last couple without a problem. No need to reinvent the wheel for him. His crit numbers are good and if you get a colossi/crit damage reactor you are golden. Someone talking about struggling to kill pyro when I can wipe him in under 10 seconds every time is pointless. Just run the standard hard hitting Lepic build until super late game bosses and swap to Yujin, Ajax, or Enzo for consistency.

The only times lepic has good mobbing in 400% is when you have a void zone unknown lab is a great example which from what ive seen is 99% of the time perfectly safe to throw enemies in exp and score is still added and loot spawns where the enemies picked up from which is the still the case if you manually kill them before they touch the floor again , or hes good when using overkill ofcourse which is why i personally run 80% cooldown on him for 16s downtime

Sorry but I am going to need a in depth math video on how the slayer set works. I have tried endlessly googling why the set is so good compared to other sets and I am just not convinced on why I should run it over my all "HP stat roll components because the boss won't stop going for me when my 3 teammates are right there" set.

4 piece slayer gives 26.1 Skill damage %. Everything else gives either lower percentages of a specific element, skill Modifier which is less damage than skill %, small amounts of gun damage % or no damage boosts at all. The closest in strength to the Slayer set is the Distorted Resolve set from Death Stalker but that is for Toxic only and for a very specific Freyna build at that. Edit: If you just run guns (Example Enzo) then yes, the Slayer set isn't the best set for you.

I don't explicitly talk about why slayer is good there, but the general math will help you understand WHY it's so good, but otherwise yeah the other sets are kinda shite at the moment, slayer is way too strong

I don’t get the fire amplification mod on the mobbing build over nimble fingers. Fingers lets you spam traction grenade the moment it’s done again. You don’t really use your 4 for boss damage anymore I just use it for further AoE mobbing when I feel like it. I don’t find I need mana often in 400% so I use HP collector for sustain on him too once you reach final bosses. And then regenerative breaking js so meh. I use power unit charge for my legacy and shotgun ironically to dish out more damage for the bosses. It also works with snapshot on King’s Guard Lance making that amazing with his traction grenade spam as you plop all 3 turrets down in the same spot and pull all enemies to their kill/freeze zone. I love this version. His 4 still does enough damage to. R useful for mobbing, lance with traction grenade is awesome, and then you rely on your guns with power unit charge for bosses and lone elites. m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4raY61setGAgs0 But yeah Lepic feels like B tier everywhere now, even bossing where all the final colossi make the other gun based descendants much better. I just place him to look and feel cool lol. He’s just another Kyle now…good enough ti still feel OP but you’re always kidding yourself ti say he’s the “best” descendant at pretty much anything. His traction grenades can pull swarms off cliffs to instant death though so that’s always fun 😂 Bullet sponge elite you say? Get YOINKED off a cliff to die at full health lol

I mean at that point just run Cont Freyna or EC Bunny. It'll take you a third of the time to clear the 400%. And Lepic is still S tier for DPS (probably still the best) on colossi (with the least amount of prep required), I don't know why you'd think otherwise. EDIT: I mean don't get me wrong use what you want, but at a certain point you're just... gimping yourself and making the missions take longer for no reason

So, the Mobbing Build has Maximize Conservations and Maximize Range. That should be a -40 Base Skill Power Modifier, but the screen shows -20. I'd always figured it wasn't a good idea to lose 40% Power Modifier and I don't see anything offsetting the other -20. What am I missing?

breaking weakpoints can end whatever animation a boss was in and force them to go straight into frenzy when you would have normally had more time to shoot and force them to get staggered and go down

Did I miss something? What happened to skill duration reactor + battle of stamina instead of spear and shield? I guess it’s just a numbers thing, 6.667% more dmg (8%/1.2) x 6.42% more dmg (8.1%/1.261) I can see it being more than one more tic per shot and one more shot, but the difference has to be miniscule, no? I guess it’s good to know I have more options now for a good reactor, cause I still need to get a better one :/

BoS was good in perfect conditions when we undervalued the AOE field ticks of overkills shots. But that was undervalued, that's why last time I had to add info to the pinned comment, and that's why in this vid I mentioned they were undervalued last time. BoS is still good in conditions where you NEED more HP for some reason as well, but for solo boss farming you're better off just committing to damage as we mention here.

@@VashCowaii it’s also already hard to get mp for 18 shots, so i guess there’s that, but yeah, duration reactor + BoS makes the dot tick for one more round. Nvm, i should just do the maths xdd, i believe without dur + BoS its 14 ticks, so its a 15/14 - 1 = 7.1% dmg increase but ONLY to the dot and the extra shot, even if you do it, 19/18 - 1 = 5.5556% dmg increase, so both numbers are lower than the tech + spear and shield numbers AND one of them is not even total shot dmg increase and the other one is really hard to get. Well, good to know i need a new reactor. I mean, i needed to farm anyways cause my collossi + duration had purple collossi dmg anayways, so yeah. For a mathematician i really dont like doing the numbers myself XDD Tbf i hadnt had my morning coffee yet, thx anyways :)

Could someone explain to me why spear and shield is better than fire syncitium? From what I understand Fire skill power and normal skill power are different buckets. And we dont have that many options to increase normal skill power, hence spear and shield is better. But why dont we switch out fire specialist for maximize skill? Its even higher than the fire skill power increase. Thanks a lot.

Dangerous ambush doesn't have 100% uptime. In a scenario where the boss is immobilized for the last 60% of the fight, spear is better than fire sync. For similar reasons, we don't use maximize skill as well, it would be a damage loss as I mentioned in the video. Stuff like this is always gonna depend on the character and what their specific fights look like, and on lepic this is the best

@@VashCowaii Thanks a lot for the reply, but unfortunately I still don't understand the reasoning for valuing normal sp higher in the first example and lower in the second. I understand your reasoning for going with spear and shield now and i watched the part in your vid where you went over maximize skill and how it depends on he character, but I cant wrap my head around the reason in lepics case. Unfortunately I have to catalyse him some more to test the difference. Thanks for the guide nonetheless, this was the impulse I needed to revisit my Lepic and change stuff up.

Yeah and that still doesn't change my argument. He used crit lepics in a scenario where he'll get 30% crit rate maximum with luna due to death stalker's 70% skill crit resist. He is, by proxy on death stalker, creating nearly identical conditions as solo swamp walker, except on swamp lepic gets 38% crit. We literally said in this very video you're better off running crit lepic with a luna in the higher bosses, and if crit lepic is better with even less crit rate there, is there any reason you should believe that crit lepic wouldn't be better than critless lepic here when you have even more crit rate here? He's literally gone and verified my argument against him
