Another top notch vid kev!! keep it up! I am such a sucker for hot pot (ma la tang style) and nothing beats lotus!! a close second is a corn cob because it soaks in all the broth !! ohhh man drools!

Oh yes, heard about this place a lot and saw those arty meat too, they have a really great concept, we like to have two options of broth too and yeah spicy broth is a must :) I like coriander and mushrooms in my hot pot :)

Ive never had coriander in the actual hotpot before! I must try. Yeah I definitely love having a mix between two so you can choose what to dip in. Where's your favourite place to eat hot pot guys? 🙂

@@SydneyFoodBoy we usually made our own hot pot lol, haven't had hot pot for ages but the last we had was at ShanCheng Hotpot King sussex street, and yes we also love Malatang! the No.1, our fav haha :)

This video is making me crave hotpot. Rainy day in NYC is great for hotpot. Warm and cozy 😍🤩 Never had sweet potato noodles before in hot pot sounds so good. Usually there is only ramen or vermicelli noodles in hotpot places in NYC. Love Tong Ho I believe that was the vegetable you were eating.

Evelyn you must try the sweet potato noodles! I saw a lot of ma la xiang dry fried hot pot in Flushing (actually the first place I tried it!). Tong ho is BAE, yessir it was!
