I am hobby photographer, never did video work, but your video makes me wonder why I didn't try videography :) Do you think 50mm would work as good for videography? I am currently in the market for a 35mm or 50mm lens, more for the photography part as said, but maybe videography is something I'd like to try out. Also, do you have a special head for your tripod? I assume a standard ball head is not that good for videography? I've seen more specialized tripods heads I think.

Yep, also proud owner of the D7100 :) My concern with 35mm is that maybe get a bit too close to subjects, but I like the lens quality a lot, and your video shows that well. But with 50mm my concern is street photography and too narrow for that. It would be great to get both, but for now I have decide for one of both. I think these are bokeh wonders too considering the low price.

My problem is the sharpness. I have a Sigma 30mm 1.4 and the lens is very sharp when it comes to photos,but the video-footage... I'm not very satisfied with. Whats your secret? Which lens do you use?

Merci ! :) Pour les réglages j'ai filmé en manuel en modifiant notamment la vitesse d'obturation selon la lumière présente dans la pièce (bon, j'aurais pu faire mieux à ce niveaux là...). Le micro, j'utilise le Zoom H1 et pour les logiciels j'ai utilisé Adobe Premiere Pro pour le montage et Adobe After Effects pour les effets spéciaux ;)
