I am happy that you are interested in this type of stuff in such a age. Actually Hinduism is not religion its an art of living its scriptures are the most insightful and ancient. Our Vedas are 12000 years old and this culture was spread all over the world. Infact once your ancestors were also following hindu culture (acronym of Sanatan - meaning Timeless). Right now these new religions were evolved but they are religion not Dharma (art of living and thinking). So lot of knowledge (obviously scientific) is written in our scriptures like Vedas(oldest tect of world).

For the record, when he says "God", he is actually personifying the dimension which is beyond our experience, and not a person. Hinduism is the "history" of India which was unfortunately generalized as a "religion" as it went through reforms over the course of time. And today we only have so much left because of all the invasions and destructions. Good to see people discovering it ❤️

Etc.. 5- aeroplanes like mentioned in Tretayug &Ships 🚢 built-in satyayug around millions of year's ago 6-medical surgery by Sushrutha 7-architecture built in Temple's 8-Sanskrit, Tamil, Kannada etc languages we're spoken & Dresses are wared before the other people were unknown about it. Etc etc etc & our religion was not spread by missionary Or by killing people. May our temples we're destroyed by Islamic muslim King's & people were cruelly converted by them & the Christian people(missionaries)came to INDIA🇮🇳 during the British rule converted many people made us poor. These both have looted &converted &Destroyed Our History books and inserted false knowledge of their religion & lifestyle but still our religion is standing high as compared to other religion.Our religion teaches us to worship the nature and all humans are our family members. Rudra 〰 Agnimurti (Rudra) This idol, situated in all the energy and activities spread inside and outside the whole world, is said to be a very powerful idol whose owner is Rudra. It is also known by the name Raudri. The meaning of Rudra is also terrible, through which Shiva controls the tamasic and evil tendencies. 4. Furious 〰 Vayumurti (Fiery) Vayu is the speed and age of the whole world. Life is not possible without air. Shiva in the form of Vayu gives movement to the world and also nurtures it. The lord of this idol is furious, hence it is called Augri. This fiery power form is revealed in the Tandava dance of Shiva. 5. Bhima 〰 Akashmurti (Bhima) The sky-shaped statue of Shiva, who destroys the tamasic qualities and gives relief to the world, is called Bhima. The lord of Akashmurti is Bhima, hence it is famous by the name Bhaimi. Bhima means gigantic and fierce form. His fierce form is exposed in many ways, from the ashes-wrapped body of Shiva, the jatajutdhari, wearing the necklace of serpents to wearing the skin of a tiger or sitting on a seat. 6. Pashupati 〰 Yajamanmurti (Pashupati) This is the Yajamanmurti who destroys the animalistic instincts and liberates them. Hence it is also called Pashupati. Pashupati means the lord of animals, one who protects and nurtures the creatures of the world. It is also considered to be the controller of all souls by being settled in all eyes. 7. Mahadev 〰 Chandramurti (Mahadev) This idol of Shiva in the moon form is famous as Mahadev. Mahadev means god of gods. That is, Shiva is the lord of the most unique form and powers among all the gods. This real idol of Shiva is believed to be in the moon form. 8. Ishaan 〰 Suryamurti (Ishaan) Ishaan is also a name of Shiva. This sun is the soul of the world who illuminates the world. This idol of Shiva is also considered divine and illuminating. This idol of Shiva is called Ishaan. In Ishaan form, Shiva is said to be the giver of knowledge and wisdom. For this resolution form the moon "Navo Navo Bhavati Zayman:" It has been said, That is, new forms of thoughts change. (3) Pilgrimage sites of Ashta Shiva idols 〰 1 sun Surya is the only visible visible deity. There is no difference between the Sun and Shiva, all the Sun temples are actually Shiva temples, yet the Kashistha "Gabhsteshwar" linga is the Shiva form of the Sun. 2 moon There is a temple of Somnath. 3 host Nepal's Pashupatinath Temple. 4 Kshiti Linga Shiva is Amrakeshwar located in Kanchi, Tamil Nadu. 5 Jal Linga Jambukeswarar Temple is located in Trichirapalli, Tamil Nadu. 6 Tejo Linga is situated on the Arunachal mountain. 7 Vayu Linga There is Kalahasteshwar Vayu Linga in Arcot district of Andhra Pradesh. 8 Akash Linga is located in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. What is Maya? in western world we say it as illusion. However, we the Hindus the religion is Sanatan, we believe in Maya is power of the creator. Those who think that in Sanatan Dharma having 33 million god, it is not true actually we have 33 supreme elements of lord. Sanatan Dharma is the actual Dharma or religion for a human being. All the other religions like Buddhism Sikhism Jainism etc. are the tributary of Sanatan Dharma. In Sanatan Dharma we worship everything in the universe because we are take birth from it and after death our body will mix again with those elements. This this bird taking process and death is going like a circle until unless you got mokshà. Moksh is a last stage of that birth and death process cycle, once you get moksha, your spirit meet with the supreme spirit.
