Come with me as we learn SHOCKING JAMAICAN Rastafarian Culture Jamaican Rastafari religion , Rastafarian dreadlocks , Rastafarian Foods , ( they have no wives ) !!!
Rastafari “livity,” or the principle of balanced lifestyle, includes the wearing of long hair locked in its natural, uncombed state, dressing in the colours of red, green, gold, and black (which symbolize the life force of blood, herbs, royalty, and Africanness), and eating an “I-tal” (natural, vegetarian) diet.

I’m a born Jamaican and I’ve never been to any rural country in Jamaica this is the first time I’ve ever about Zimbali thank my Jamaican brother . What a lot of people don’t know is that if it was for true Rastafarians there would be no crime in Jamaica 🇯🇲 true Rastafarians would never hurt anyone they would never rape steal or disrespect anyone and I’m speaking from my experience growing up in Jamaica and living around Rastafarians and I’m not speaking about false Rastafarians the one who twist or even lox their hair but would commit crimes I’m talking about True Rastafarians who practice what they teach they address their women as empress and the prepare their food different from the regular citizens of Jamaica . I grew up listening the sound of the Rastas beating the drums 🪘 yes it was so magical to her the rhythm the sound of the drums 🪘 coming from the mountains while watching the sunset or rise over the mountains or over the ocean .wow these are memories I will cherish until the day I die

Most of them, their women are naked, wearing tattoos, long nails etc, etc, how is all that associated with rasta living, this rasta in this video talk about the women in Jamaica dont want rasta, but white skinned women like them, delilahs, Jezebels, snake under grass, marwa mentioned about samson, how did he caught by the enemies, he fell in love with a strange woman, & GOD warned him not to get involved with her, & that he should choose a woman from his fathers country, but he disobeyed, & told the strange woman the secret that his strength was in his hair, she cut it off while he was sleeping, then informed the enemies to come in & attack him, rasta was picking jamaican women who had absolutely no intrest in that culture, & ignoring the rasta women, does he see muslims marry none muslims, Jews marrying anyone else????? Rastas should marry rastas from in their backyard, because you are familiar with them

@Jamaica674 Blessings dear, so overstand what you said and agree somewhat........we have to realize this happens all over the world......colonizers really messed us up in more than one way, the cut is so deep that only The Most High can help us, not man.......in saying this when do we stop putting all people, all Jamaicans in the same mindset,, the same mold?, are there no individual thinkers when you say Jamaicans? how about one person taking the lead to make a change? Unfortunately, it is not just Jamaicans.. ... Just came back from Ghana Africa, and in the coffee shop at their airport, I stopped to get some food, me and a white woman waiting on line I got there first and the young man ignored me and went on wanting to take her order first......well of course as a born Jamaican, New York raised, I put him in his place, by telling him to pay attention to his customers on arrival and made it clear who was first.....we have to try to enlighten persons one by one..... Jamaicans embrace this Rasta fellow, show him love we are black people, we are only strong in unity.....it also will not only be Jamaicans, his videos will be all over the world, people will want to come experience Jamaica more, especially the local communities, where they will spend their money 💰

Kudos to Jamaica/Jamaicans/Government for keeping Jamaica so green. Everything you see in Jamaica used to be on almost every other islands in the Caribbean including but not limited to Haiti/Dominican republic, St Martin, Barbados etc. that is why the invaders landed on them. Unfortunately some of our brothers/sisters are so undisciplined by destroying everything in their path. My own Haiti among them. Deforestation leaves everything bare and when it rains there’s nothing to hold the soil. Because some are 80% mountainous. Water, trees, plants is life. Green-up Jamaica.

Hail my Haitian family. Just want to remind Jamaicans who don't know, Haiti's successful revolution 1791-1804, created so much fear in the barbarian enslavers class, that it led to gradual emancipation of all enslaved Africans in the Americas. The then US president Thomas Jefferson expressed this fear verbally and began to campaign for emancipation with the slave owning states, which resisted, because slavery was so lucrative. This a very short version of the facts, because it is VERY important that all of us know that HAITI freed us all. Honour them, LOVE them, DO NOT EVER disrespect them.

@@shirleygrant8989 Reflect on the fact that the French parasites on their way out took everything of value, even simple things like direction signs. What they couldn't take, they burned, or made inoperable, same behaviour in Africa. the intent being to keep the African in perpetual dark (?) ages. Removed from the order and familiarity of their homeland, and knowing nothing but brutality, pain and death, you are left with a people forced to learn how to build a society from the ground up. Acknowledge our luck, those other parasites, the British, al least left us a functioning government with laws. The Haitians undoubtedly farmers all, had to build from dirt. Please, please recognize that. DO NOT CONDEMN YOUR BROTHERS, WHO HAVE BEEN CATCHING HELL EVER SINCE. Find an article published in the Jamaican Observer some years ago, written by Professor Hilary Beckles, outlining how much Jamaica owes Haiti. Not in money, but in effing BLOOD.

I love how Marwa and the Rastas talk about the things in Jamaica 🇯🇲 especially with the natural bowl’s having the similarity of what it’s called by Africans and Jamaicans and also the cleaning of the pots using ash. This just points out that the blacks in the diaspora really didn’t lose the connection with the culture of Africa. Marwa pointed out that the bowls name isn’t much different than how it’s pronounced in Kenya and to me that was beautiful. No thy self and remember where you are from by conducting the research. I’ve seen these cultural similarities throughout my travels when it comes to indigenous people and their/our culture. We just need to relearn. Peace and love Family!!

Also check out what the elder was telling him at 1:59:00 I think, that's another connection. He was telling him about Riva Muma which is a West African retention from Mami Wata. Mami Wata is a water spirit, some of the retention just has a slight name change, so Riva Muma is the same Mami Wata. That's where all those mermaid stories came from in Jamaica. We used to hear a lot about Riva Muma growing up, even Flat Bridge have some mermaid and water spirits stories.

Yam in Jamaica too! Wow!! That is nice. Yam is one of our major food in Nigeria. We cook and eat it. We pound it and make pounded yam. We can turn it to flour and make "Amala" and we can even Fry Yam. Yam is a popular food in Nigeria. Well done, Marwa. You're doing great. ❤from🇳🇬
