I have a honest question cause I get different answers from different people. Lane splitting is legal in my state (WA) but a XL Yukon and feel like I'm a good driver. Bikers are in my family and friends. But when they are lane splitting and driving way beyond the speed limit and I check my blind spot and have my turn signal on and I change lanes, if a bike comes out of no where, is it still my fault if I "cut them off"?

I wish it were legal but unfortunately I believe you are mistaken and it is still not legal. See current law RCW 46.61.608 subsection 2 and 3. Pulled straight from the RCW website.. (2) The operator of a motorcycle shall not overtake and pass in the same lane occupied by the vehicle being overtaken. However, this subsection shall not apply when the operator of a motorcycle overtakes and passes a pedestrian or bicyclist while maintaining a safe passing distance of at least three feet. (3) No person shall operate a motorcycle between lanes of traffic or between adjacent lines or rows of vehicles. I've found that there is common misunderstanding as it tends to pass the lower levels of review and word gets around that 'it has passed' but when it is ultimately defeated, that word doesn't seem to get spread around quite as well.

I ride a 150cc scooter and most people in cars think they own the freaking road... Every single time I turn around I see men, women, teenagers using their phones while driving, but I have learned to never assume anything, and sometimes people make mistakes and just pull right out in front of you... I always try my best to not get into arguments with anybody, because like I said, people make mistakes while driving, but when you have somebody who clearly sees you and still tries to bully you out your lane deserves a good ass chewing, and if they want to throw blows, then I'm good with that too, because it's my life they are putting in jeopardy...

I like that the first clip had a guy stop to help the biker...that said, when I encounter an A-Hole bike rider...I don't get road-ragey or yell like a freak...I just follow at a distance until they park...and then piss all over their seat and handlebars....gives me a certain satisfaction without causing damage or an accident. 6:50 I've seen this intersection before, or one that looked just like it, in another moto video. In that case the biker was in the right lane going straight and the car was in the middle lane turning right. Those painted lines taking multiple paths are confusing.

I find it odd how many of these riders don't mind lane splitting or filtering . But when a car does it with same amount of space . They want to knock the mirror off or rev up their engine . Then their are the ones lane splitting on the freeway at 60 mph and don't realize they are at least 4 to 7 cars back and kinda hard to see for cars changing lanes . Then they record and upload themselves breaking the law by damaging other drivers cars/speeding/reckless driving/road rage in some areas or aggressive driving .
