If the biker was a decent and safe road-user, he would've just let him in and then been on his way. Thats the thing some of them are so like road rage. I believe biking is fine , but you need to be cautious. As my friend who is a biker would tells me "As a biker you need to watch 360 all the time and be really aware of your surroundings. Do not try to do something if you know its not going to be safe or a good idea. Some bikers do not do that and drives it like they would in a car, Relaxed but its not relaxing at all, you need to be alert at all times."

My friend who is a Biker told me that its important for a biker to position himself so other people can see him and he knows how to scan if they do not see him, if not then he will not try to do anything. For the clip at the 6:40 to 7:40 mark, it looks like his speedo says the biker got up to 51 MPH. Now I couldn't see any speed limit signs, but based on the traffic lights, and the amount of businesses in the area, I highly doubt the speed limit is that high. I know everyone's supposed to look twice for bikers, but in that instance if you are speeding through a relatively busy area it's your own fault. I mean, if the speed limit is actually 50 or higher, or even 45MPH I'd take back what I said and blame the driver of the car. But I'm willing to bet it's 35MPH and if he weren't going 15MPH+ over the speed limit, the car would have had plenty of time to pull out, and the biker would have more time to react and slow down anyways. Just my 2 cents. But if I'm on the road and confront someone over their driving, I'm gonna be 100% sure I'm in the right and they're in the wrong 1st.

I was scared for her to be honest. She probably knows of some incidents where a driver is "confronted" and a battle ensues possibly ending someone's life. She was not a nut- she was acting out of fear. She was terrified of losing him to what she likely felt was a bunch of crazy kids who might have weapons. 80km/h is not fast enough for that to be a reasonable defence, and those without right of way are meant to err on the side of caution, not take risks when the cost could be another person's life or their own. Sure, the guy shouldn't have been speeding, but he was the one with right of way and not the one choosing to pull out in front of traffic at a dangerous time. Honestly, if you can't judge the speed of the vehicles from looking at them instead of just assuming that they're doing the speed limit, then you shouldn't be on the road.

Wrong. Lanes were merging making BOTH drivers 100% legally responsible. In such cases there is no right of way. This falls under the category of what is legally referred to as Yield. Both vehicle operators must yield. I apologize for not wording that quite right but those who actually took driver's ed know what I mean

That guy from London was very sensitive in my opinion. If there is something on the road or anything it usually goes without saying that every car lets in a car from the other lane like a zip. Yes he technically was right but I would definitely let that car in, it won't bother me at all and I will definitely avoid a risky situation or a confrontation. It would make the road a friendlier place in my opinion.

Max ya the biker was a terrible driver. He saw the entire time the car slightly ahead of him and to the side needed to merge into his lane. As soon as the car signalled and started to merge he sped up to tailgate the car in front of him to block the car that needs to merge. He wanted the merging car to have to stop in traffic because he doesn’t understand how to drive. He’s so ignorant he then tried to tell the other driver to learn how to drive and to “slow down or something”. When he is the one who sped up to tailgate to perform the lane block.
