You might need an Oil air seperator If you don't have one already that should help with some of the blow-by.

Borla sounds good but i’ve heard the quality sucks and it cracks frequently at the welds. And that’s on NA power, maybe take a look before doing the swap from the tomei

Hey Chris! Just curious on the exhaust set up on the black Scion FRS. Is it a 2.5 or 3 inch pipe you’re running? I’m from Australia and currently am running PSR catless UEL Headers SME Catless front pipe and a cat back exhaust (unsure of what brand cat back) but I’m changing the duel tips to a single exit HKS HI-Power Tip would the single tip make my 86 louder than the dual tip set up? (My set up is 2.5 piping)

I have borla uel v2 headers. The ones with the flex pipes right? I only put about 2kmiles on them. Bought them brand new. I'll consider trading because tbh the tomei has a deeper rumble but they just weigh more. The borla is super light, like 10-13lbs if I Remember. But if you're going for that true subie rumble stay with tomei and get a berk technology front pipe and muffler delete. One of my buddies is running that setup and the rumble is too good.
