Heading up through Rajasthan, that’s all I know for now. And then either up north or head out to another country. I need to get my 2 wheeler license so I can come back in a few months and motorbike the country, do it right

My guess would be that most "tourists" avoid India because it's a complete assault to the senses, and most "travelers" seek out India for the same reason. I think most tourists couldn't handle the noise, radical cultural differences, questionable architecture, and food offerings.

Yes India is very diverse from north to south to northeast but south India is way much better than the north as north is very chaotic and all but punjab in north India has a special sense to it
