This serve should be banned. It should be like table tennis, no additional spin to the ball before the serve is allowed.

I think one of the ways you can return that serve is to get it late and lobe it.

If that serve will be left legal, then it just ruins the sport of Badminton. Also if a player can master that serve and abuses it, it'd call it a cheap move and there's no competition element in the game. And nobody wants to watch that.

Spin serve is ok, but it shouldn't be done with the hand, rather do your magic with a Racket, then it's fine but this is totally abusing the lovely lovely game. those who loves badminton will not love this kind of play. somehow this will be banned soon. don't waste time learning this.

not this type of spin. Before people used to spin using the racket, this serve is done by spinning the shuttle *before* it even hits the racket

I think the serve should be fine. The score isn't too far off. I haven't seen a game yet where the opponent is absolutely crushed.

It's not entertaining to watch though, it's literally a 1-3 shot rally every time. Either they mess up the spin serve cuz it's a spin serve, or the opponent has a weak reply and they kill it. Imagine if the opponent also spin served... I would not pay to watch any games where people spin serve.

Search up impossible spin serve on KZbin..you'll see it's not just any ordinary serve u need to spin your middle finger on the cork and serve
