@@franciscoo2766 did not speed up passing the officer, a little Rev is harmless and will not end in an accident therefore police shouldn't have attempted pursuit. But as soon as he realized the police were getting in their vehicle he did press on it a bit. EDIT: Rewatching the clip he did speed up 7mph but I still do not believe it was good enough cause.

I understand the officer's frustration but it was hot-headed irresponsibility to fire off a round at a vehicle when he was not in danger of it. That area was busy with other traffic. Wonder where that round ended up, and whether the cop ever reported having fired his weapon??
