Ryan a turbo jet engine is when you rotate the blades on the front of the engine it rotates all the blade front to back, a Turbo Fan is a hollow shaft come from the rear of the engine powered by the exhaust gases rotate the hollow shaft that powers the fan blades on the front of the engine just like a Turbo Prop the big difference is a turbo jet engine is only efficient at very high 70altitudes above 39,000 ft up to 50,000ft and beyond I worked in the U.S.A.F. on the boeing 707 Tanker and AWACS as the crewchief! hope this will help out.

You bless me with this content. I've been wanting the engine details seems I'm too lazy to look it up. The torque is the measurement at the converter, right? Great video as always Ryan. It seems counterintuitive to me that you would be raising flaps just after touch down. I would have though the induced drag would aid with deceleration on roll out. I would guess that the tail wind pushing on the extra surface area would have a negative effect on braking?
