It's dangerous out there, but some riders are just dumb. Why do riders actually SPEED UP to turn what is a simple traffic violation into an actual close call? Call me silly, but if I see a car pulling into my lane, I'm slowing and moving to a safer spot; I'm not SPEEDING UP & then hitting the brakes just to create drama.
