I used to be terrible with my attitude when I played competitively when I was about 13 and 14, all because I was never satisfied with the way I was playing. It was honestly impossible to control. Now looking back at how I was, I realised just how much of a loser I was being. What helps me control it now is thinking of what everyone around me thinks of me as a person and a player.

As a competitive player who occasionally gets frustrated in this manner, I will say that this type of frustration is virtually never to disrespect the opponent, and almost always because you are frustrated with yourself and the way you play. So I completely understand it and why these players are so annoyed to the point of occasionally throwing the racket. Sometimes a little emotion like this is fine as long as you aren't directing any insults or racket throws toward the opponent or hurting anyone in the process. Most of these are forgivable - the only one really bad was the kid pushing the umpire. I wonder what the backstory to that was? With all that being said this is pretty tame when you look at some rage moments from other sports.
