This was the song that got me hooked .check out their original stuff especially Mars live in Cummings Georgia it will blow your mind .they are a independent family band that has talent way beyond their years , they're managed and produced by their dad who's known as papa liliac and he has done a great job keeping the band focused ad on track to becoming bigger than Christmas . Liliac (family name Cristea) is headed by their father, who is a music producer. The Cristea parents are actually from Transylvania. The family is from L.A. and recently moved to Georgia. Like The Warning, the Cristeas were forced by the pandemic to sign recording contracts after vowing not to. Both families lost a North American and possibly-a world tour in 2020. The Warning had already been offered a gig in the U.K. just before the pandemic hit hard last March. Melody, the lead singer of Liliac, has a powerful voice but isn't a one trick pony. She can pull off a soft ballad effortlessly. And in case you can't tell, I'm a big fan of this group.

Everything thing they do is excellent, covers or originals. They are one of the best things in rock for several years. You can't go wrong with any of their songs. Also keep in mind this is several years old, they are a lot more impressive now! More more more!

Thank You for the great reaction to an awesome family band. You should check out their originals, all outstanding. And their covers of other classic songs are very hard to beat. Can't named them all but if you liked this cover. You will be more amazed at what they have done with other covers.They just recently drop a cover of Master of Puppets,,, holy mackerel.!!!!! Just caught you. See other Fangs started speaking. LOL at least you pronounce their name correct. The 2 oldest you got part right. Abby, the drummer, just turned 21, Sam, lead guitar, is turning 22 next week. They are about 11 months apart. Not twins though. Melody is 19 now, Ethan is 14 and Justin is 13. This is an older video. I love seeing how they used to work so hard on the pier for many years in the hot sun. Good reaction though. FANG 4 LIFE! RORH 🤘🦇

You must remember, Melody is 16 here which places Sam at 18 or 19 and Abigail at 17, Ethan at about 12 and Justin 9 or 10. This is the Santa Monica Pier where they got their showmanship chops by busking every weekend. This is also where Stewart Copeland from the Police came across them and actually stopped and played a bit with them. They also had to stop playing here because the crowds would get so big so the real police kinda ran them off. They are from Downy, CA and have recently moved to Georgia. Papa Liliac is a music producer and keeps them independent. You really must explore their original music. Ronnie James Dio's widow posted their Holy DIver cover on his FB memorial page. The drummer from Dio loves these kids and they were on the Kiss Kruise as part of the show. These kids are rock and roll. RORH

Helps that dad produces music and videos. First saw the three oldest, The Cristeas, years ago. Melody was twelve singing “Stay” with her brother Sam and sister Abby, the drummer, playing an accordion. This is one great band! Many cover songs and two original albums under their belts already. And as they say “Rock On and Rock Hard”. What more can be said? They definitely keeping old style rock alive.😎✌️

I think everyone one who knows anything about RnR music, knows it's the most fun genre in music. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think Liliac is most likely the most fun new group to watch in RnR today. There's a number of really good RnR artists out there coming up through the ranks, but no one as complete as this band. They have it all. Each musician is way up there in there abilities at what they do. Even the 2 youngest Justin and Ethan are amazing, especially for there ages. To top it off, they write their own music and it's already radio ready with catchy hooks. I can see you love RnR, so I'm hoping to share another great performer who will soon be helping saving RnR by getting every ones attention when her original music drops. Her name is Courtney Hadwin. I've been listening to Liliac now and for some reason when they do Ronnie James Dio, the lead singer is like wow! I love Ronnie James Dio the dude had vocals that were incredible. So, I don't know if that her voice blends well with the type of music Dio created as far as instrumental that compliments her voice, but I was blown away, compared to their other covers. Her voice does seem to be improving where if this girl does her vocals right man she could be queen of Heavy Metal, even Ozzy didn't sound good w/Black Sabbath, because they're instrumentals were always out of his "key". His voice didn't match the tune key they always chose to do. So, when I've seen them do Dio it was like wow everything seems to blend, and she seems to do so much better in her singing. I bet if they even did songs like from Boston her voice would blend in with the instruments so awesome. It's nice to see them performing the Heavy Rock tunes that I also grew up with. I'm so glad I grew up around so much music it just makes me appreciate the real thing when it's played by people who have talent and also love that kind of music. I would love to see them bring this style of Rock back and what's funny that heavy Rock was dominated by "male" vocalists" and to see a young lady like her achieving that ability is crazy and so young... Wow!

They nail everything they play checkout there version of I hate myself for loving you by Joan Jett some of there covers are better than original. They also have 2 albums of new material Queen of Hearts and Chain of Thorns. Also Vinny Appici former drummer for Dio Nicknamed Melody Melodio.

Hello Kristin, thank you for hour reaction. Glad you enjoyed your first glimpse of Liliac. They're extremely talented, and I'm sure you'll enjoy more if you listen to them again. Their parents are originally from Romania, but all the kids were born in the States and grew up in California. They recently moved to Georgia. They used to play on the Santa Monica Pier each Sunday for several years honing their craft and getting used to playing live in front of people (as you saw in this video). Their name means bat in Romanian, hence the bat logo. I would recommend you check out other covers before moving to original music. Thank you for your time. Take care.

This is how they started out,playing for hours on the pier every weekend for a 7 year period, to make theyr name known as well as to get more and more confident in performing. Nothing to say against theyr dedication and hard work. Theese days they all agree that it would be a terrible idea to go back to the pier playing,as they would block all other activities on the pier,and the police would shut them down in no time. Ethan and Justin were extremely young here,and this year they are still only: Ethan 14 years and Justin 13 years. Ethan is the dark haired guy in a hat,following his big sister Melody (19 years this year) on bass. She has been his bass teacher over the years. Abigail (20 years this year) is the oldest sister of them,smashing the drums like they offended all of her brothers and sisters. Samuel is the oldest wich is pretty much the brains of the band,he turns 22 abit later this year.

I don't know .. A lot of this is highly suspect. I don't like how the camera refuses to focus on the guitarist when they are allegedly playing the solo. That *never* happens ...On epic solos, the camera is always on the guitarist
