23 is a lot older than most kids on KZbin thats better, his solo is a intermediate level, at 21 Hendrix and Walsh, Beck, Clapton, Mark Farmer, Satcheroni, were 10 times better! Its you Ozzie heads caught in hype that exaggerated this low level performance. Go watch bucket head if you want to see a master guitarist!

Let us be completely honest here bros, the worst thing about Ozzy songs with Randy is "ozzy's singing." It is just the plainest, more boring, bland, singing ever. His voice just isn't really made for Randy's stuff, but his voice fits great with Black Sabbath.

@@omega-nf5ku I think he meant for the time. He was a pretty good seeing as he was a prodigy in his time. Right bands, right places. However this is really good for the genre he was in. I do agree, there are much better guitarists but the dabbled in many more genres. Plus Joe Satriani would come along, and he'd teach Kirk Hammett of Metallica probably about the same time. So really things were just evolving in the early 80s.

I’ve always admired Rudy’s humbleness in the few vids of Randy/Ozzy onstage chemistry!! He stayed for so many years and it had to cross his mind-“the attention is obviously those 2 geniuses…” but knew it was special!! He’s STILL THAT HUMBLE!! That 4some will always be immaculate!!

Even though it was a short life that he had to meet, he still the greatest guitar player that ever lived. We were robbed so badly by that plane crash. His soul is just draw me in where I go to another place. It’s just so amazing and his solo on revelation mother Earth is by far my favorite, but he also did some really good work on the quiet riot years and him also being a classically trained guitarist I mean he was so much more than a heavy metal guitar player so much more.
