Okay. I like this guy's videos however I have to correct something. He's actually being extremely rude. Do you guys notice the body language and tone of the vendors at around 8:39? They are making fun of him because he is an obnoxious and loud American guy. Then later on the guy is standing in the middle of a walkway to shoot a video, and even though a shop owner yells at him (probably telling him to leave) he still stands there shooting a video for who knows how long. I think it's funny, but I'm sure many of the locals don't appreciate this guy. You guys know that Vietnam and America have history, right guys? The Vietnam war? I bet there's a touch of xenophobia in many parts of Vietnam.

Highly recommend you go to Huế City which is also located in Central in Vietnam and right next to Đà Nẵng City , it takes just 1h30' to get there. The foods are even much cheaper than Đà Nẵng and also there is so many amazing food that you need to taste. You will be impressed by this antique city. Hope you can come here!
