I love Esnagi lake. I have been going up there for the last 4 years. Thanks to your previous shows we found great success on some of your spots but found so many big fish all over the lake. Last year however, in mid June, we had the same bite you had in this episode. We could see tons of fish on the live imaging but it was tough to get them to bite. Still managed over a 100 fish in 4 days and a bunch of trophies including one over 30”. Can’t wait to be back again this June.

I have never fished that lake, but have fished a lake east of that called Morton Lake. It was some of the best fishing I ever fished. With avg 3lb walleyes, and some nice size pike and bass, it was always fun to fish that area. The best tip I could give to anyone who does take the trip to that region, know this, the waters are dark, with a golden rusty hue. The best bait is a spinner, a come along with a yellow spinner with a minnow on it. Trolling is best to find them. Once you find them, you can get some nice ones with jigs, or crank baits with a perch crank bait. almost anything that is yellow and flashing works well. If you love fishing, I highly recommend taking a trip to that region, it really is some of the best fishing in Ontario.

That was a good show although I don't know why you guys let Nick and Dean fish as they only caught little minnows ! Maybe they should listen to what you say ! Common Now !!!
