Auditing America needs to put application under The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)...asking the the judges office on records backing this court order like "basis of constitution for Court Order", which places are public meant for recording etc...these written questions and documents would put further pressure on police or court security as FOIA documents are admissible evidence, that would help further his cause for 1st amendment... Many times, Judges would have said only court rooms, but court admins would interpret as whole court houses....so FOIA would help get specific documents for questions on recording law as they cant lie on FOIA papers or documents. Activism is that or else, its just another visit without any result....

Most of us have seen enough of these videos to see this is not about freedom or the 1st amendment. If you hold a camera on a person long enough, you're going to get a reaction. And what is so wrong with getting permission to record, it's no different than having a background check to exercise your 2nd amendment right.
