He’s right though . I’m 32 and I don’t need to push myself like I did at 16 in the wrestling room. I put in some hard work and it still pays off today

If a world champion can't tell you how to do it then nobody can. Coach did not get there overnight he worked through himself through the roller coaster and climb to the top. That's power, that's energy, that's human Legacy. These kids are so lucky to have had a moment with one of the greatest wrestlers and greatest person.

I remember I was in a camp in Chattanooga, TN. it was the "Wrestle the World Camp." While Coach Terry was holding the camp in Chatt, Coach Tom was in Colorado. Half way through the week, they got on planes and swapped. While Coach Tom was inbound, some morons got busted for beer and pot. That night, all the wrestlers were in the main gym, parents were there with cameras..."Olympic Champ Tom Brands!!!". Coach Tom walked in, told everyone to turn the cameras off (they did). Then he gave us the most stern ass chewing ever. A few "F" bombs were dropped. Then he put us through a practice...intense. The next day, I was a man.

CoachBakerOnline I went to a 10 day camp at Iowa, someone wrote something racist on a water fountain and when one of the coaches saw it they started busting down doors to find out who did it. Tony Ramos literally tore someone’s door off because he was so mad lol. The floor that it happened on ran sprints for like 3 hours straight.

This is classic, great stuff!!! I was fortunate enough to attend a wrestling camp at Iowa in high school. My group's two main guys were Lincoln McIlravy and Mark Ironside, so we had them like every day for 3 sessions! I was loving every minute of it, they taught some amazing stuff. I've been looking on KZbin for years for stuff like this, thanks so much David for posting this stuff!!!!!!
