I changed a clutch in my Allis Chalmers B that I used to have, yeah that thing was toast. All 3 of the fingers on the pressure plate snapped clean off.

Hello Crazy D, Doc & Junior Mint. At our repair facility, We were constantly tearing down the Case International’s and Ford tractors for clutch replacement and wet brakes and other weird occurrences too numerous to really mention. I fabricated a “Mini Horse” that we could place under the rear portion of the tractor to keep it level. This helped to free up the overhead hoists to be used to tear down another tractor and we would ease the front half forward pretty much like you guys did. I cut the heads off of several longer grade 8 bolts in which was screwed into the empty holes where the front and rear halves of the tractor bolted together. We were constantly having to tear the Case International’s apart but not so much the Ford tractors. The right of way mowing was pretty rough on the tractors considering what they were asked to do. All of our side sickle mowers were Triumph and fully hydraulic and the Bushwhacker brand mowers were very heavily built for right of way mowing. I am looking forward to seeing your next video to put the Ford back together.

ik heb veel van deze koppelingen vervangen soms alweer na 50 draai uren . rijden met de voet op het koppeling pendaal . wat belangrijk is de afstand van de drukring naar de koppelingplaat . afstellen met plaatjes onder het huis van de drukgroep.

Put wooden wedges in either side under axle to stop engine/axle from falling side to side

Wow that's the worst clutch I have ever seen. Way over do to be replaced.
