for the cookies, bake them on the inside of the cupcake pan. when it’s expanded and cooked but still soft, take something round but small enough to fit and squish down the center of each cookie. it’ll keep the cup shape while it finishes cooking or you can squish it when it’s fully cooked, just make sure it’s still hot or soft and hasn’t hardened yet

I have an idea for the pazookies. Take the mini muffin tins fill them with the cookie dough. Add another mini muffin tin on top of it and leave it on top while it cooks. You should have a cookie cup the way I think you intended it to turn out. Just an option to try. Love your channel I watch everyone.

Use parchment paper and baking weights to form cookie bowls. You can put them inside your muffin tin. Definitely use less dough. When in doubt, bake 1 first to see how it turns out. Don’t throw away your messed up cookies. Break them up and add to your ice cream.

Opening the oven while your bake goods are in the oven will ruin your goodies as the temp will drop every time. You should wait until it’s to take out of the oven. Setting a timer is important.

To make cookie "cups" put them IN the muffins tins & sort of shape them. Then when you take them out of the oven use a shot glass (or something similar) to push them into a cup shape while they are still soft. Works well :)

Trim the cookie cups by using a glass or biscuit cutter to make they all the same size. Make these into crumbs to top ice cream with.
