One other reference I think you missed was that whenever Dolores tells Camilo about Bruno, at the end his eyes split super wide apart, like Sid the Sloth. Both Sid the Sloth and Bruno were voice acted by the same person, John Leguizamo.

I love these observations. I had some myself but they were so "on the surface". Dolores was always so nosey so her gift/curse was to be able to hear the drop of a dime. Antonio loved animals so he's now able to talk to them. Pepa was possibly depressed which is why she always has a cloud Juliette was so caring and giving so she can heal others.

yes, and in Surface Pressure Mirabel and Luisa fall on a giant coffee grinding machine with the red coffee beans, and you can also see in that scene, coffee bags around, also showing not just coffee as a drink but as a product, as it is our biggest export, no video on Encanto that I have seen, talks about that part, they focus on the iceberg and Hercules, maybe they'll mention the doors, but not the coffee scene

I have noticed that when Mirabel is singing “The family madrigal” when she is by the mural of the family the person she is talking about on the mural will light up as she’s talking about them, another thing, in the song “we don’t talk about Bruno” when they are singing all together Isabella does not sing: “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, he told me that my power would grow like the grapes the thrive in the vine” twice, she sings: “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, he told me that my power would grow like the grapes the thrive on the vine, I’m fine” the second time she sings that same verse, she sings : “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, and I’m fine, I’m fine, I’m fine, I’ll be fine.” Indicating the later events of Isabela feeling like she has to be perfect for the family and later transforming into her true colours and her true self.

This is just a mistake in the movie, I think but he should’ve included how in the song “family madrigal”, while Mirabel is standing in front of the family tree, Antonio is wearing the outfit that has animals on it, revealing his power. You missed an Easter egg on Mirabel’s dress. If you look closely at her dress you will see a pattern that symbolizes each member of the family. For example, there’s a candle on her dress for Abuela Alma and animals for Antonio. It is easier to see if you buy a Mirabel doll. By the way there’s a pattern that symbolizes each Madrigal EXCEPT Dolores and that kinda makes me mad.

It's because they were still making changes to Dolores after merch was created but prior to the final cut of the film. Same reason there wasn't a lot of Luisa merch. They design all of that way before movie release so that it's available BEFORE the movie is and it doesn't factor in any last minute changes etc. But Mirabel's dress in movie has golden hearts which is a reference to Dolores' earrings.

Some great points here, but those "hidden Mickeys", really? I feel like in 90% of cases it'll just be coincidental that you come across the "Mickey Mouse pattern" , and it's not intended as a reference / easter egg at all 🤷‍♂️
