I feel like checking the temperature of the Coca-Cola while it's still in theses cooling gadgets (while they are also surrounded by ice), would give it an inaccurate temp. gauge. Considering the ice is already a frozen liquid.

Finally found a comment on this! Yes, he had to have been getting temperature reads on the ice more than the drink. It would’ve made more sense to open the can and then read the actual soda inside to eliminate the chance of reading the ice and the metal can.

On the second to last gadget you are supposed to put water in the small container and in the biggest container. then put it into freezer so they both freeze. After frozen you put cofee into the middle container. This gadget will stay in freezer all you have to do is wash the middle part after use

If the can is cold then obviously the liquid inside will be cold too. The can is metal. Absorbs heat fast and distributes that heat quickly too. So the liquid inside will be as cold or as warm as the can.

The hyper chiller container works great if you read the directions and use it properly. Your supposed to fill both the inner and outside chamber with water and freeze it. Once frozen you pour your hot drink in the big hole at the top. In 30-60 seconds it makes your drink nice and cold.

normal ice forms and stays at around 0C, salt will lower the Freezing point to around -2C to maintain it's Equilibrium. so ice temperature will be -2. it will melt at -1.5. yes you could get the water to -1.5C without it freezing in a salt water solution.

Checking the temperature of the outside of the can only tells u the temperature of the outside of the can, that's all. If u want to see which "gagek" works the best at cooling your soda Coke the fastest, u need to check the temperature of the actual soda Coke, otherwise you're only proving which device is the best at cooling the outside of your soda can. Also, if u want to chill the soda even faster, you should mix salt with the ice. It lowers the temperature at which water freezes and makes the ice colder.

I think that the drink wouldn't get much cooler from spinning it in ice cubes as opposed to just adding ice to it. The readings are probably just due to the surface temperature of the can and the beverage internally would only be marginally cooler.
