So, the lady at 23:30 made me furious. I have been a ride operator for my summers, and what she did was completely inappropriate and dangerous. The person on the speaker was yelling at her to get back on the ride and to remain seated. They can only fix the ride if everyone is in their proper safe zone, so a guest's safe zone is in the ride seated. I am willing to bet that she got thrown out of the park for doing this and putting her children at risk. If the ride breaks while you are on it, you must remain seated, or you may cause yourself injuries.

The only time you should ever leave a ride vehicle mid-ride is if someone is guiding you out who actually works there I've had it happen a couple times while at different Disney parks, most memorable being the Magic Kingdom (Walt Disney World, Florida) Haunted Mansion, and Disneyland (California)'s Alice in Wonderland dark ride. Getting to get off the ride and walk through some backstage areas is neat, but it's never something you should do without being told to. Bonus story because it's the main character subreddit so frick morals (/hj), one time on a tour at WDW, we actually got to go on the Haunted Mansion and skip the queue, and because of how the tour queue skipping works, we actually got on at the exit and went around the section between the exit and loading bay, it's basically just pitch black but it's super cool to get to experience stuff like that just once in life, most other rides you get to go on have the exit like, 3 metres away from the regular loading bay so there's nothing "hidden" to see doing this

If you're not being rude or intrusive in the way you deal with masks, you're not a Karen for having asthma and anxiety. For people that wouldn't wear masks, including for anxiety reasons, we would come outside and take the sample with them in their car through the window. I worked with a number of patients about ways to wear masks that can reduce anxiety (like different strap configurations or decorating the mask so it doesn't appear so medical). @@jasonking7570 No, you are correct. It's called the Bystander Effect. It's often cited as a reason for the death of Kitty Genovese. But, here's the Dark Secret about Kitty Genovese's death: It was due to _systemic homophobia._ Kitty was lesbian. Most of her neighbors were gay men or lesbians. And this was before Stonewall. When neighbors heard Kitty's screams, _many did call 911._ But, they had to be anonymous about it. Someone even went outside to chase off Kitty's attacker and administer first aid while waiting for the ambulance. But, they couldn't admit to it afterwards, because that would've focused attention on them. And in the days before Stonewall, getting attention could get you outed, which _would_ get you fired, thrown out of your apartment, or killed. So, when The Press showed up, asking questions and shoving microphones in people's faces, they were all terrified of being outed. There's a famous quote of one guy, trying to escape from the newsman, saying, "I … I … didn't wanna get involved." What he would have said, were this post-Stonewall, was, "I'm a big old queer; if I call the cops, they'd arrest _me,_ not help Kitty. And they'dve arrested Kitty for being a lesbian. But you're not gonna report that, oh no, are you? That's a truth you and your viewers can't handle. So why don't you get out of my face and forget we ever had this conversation." I have schizophrenia. When there's a loud noise, especially screaming, my brain thinks I'm being physically attacked and it triggers hallucinations of a least several people screaming right in my ears for a while. And I have to try to not scream of terror. It's unfortunate that people are like that for real, I've already experienced it. Also, when someone is screaming, I'm taken back to my childhood and I think that somebody is being abused. I don't get how people do that. How they think screaming is funny.

I really hate random screaming too, I get immediate flashbacks and have immediate response, fortunately now it's mostly "find and assess trauma" instead of "cover ears and cry, overwhelmed by memories". These types of abusers are smarter than they appear, and the mental traps they can put you in to make you think that they are the only ones who will ever love you can only truly be understood when you experience it yourself. It isn't about mental fortitude or strength, it's about them understanding where you're weak and where your mental pressure points are, and everyone has those points. The only real way to avoid this stuff is to understand the signs and know yourself enough to know what your own weaknesses are, and to understand that you are capable of being manipulated just like everyone else.

I've seen someone park across 7-8 spaces because they had a truck with a boat on a trailer. They had the decency to park far away from the store (retail parking lot sizes are absurd). That's legitimate. But I've also seen people straddling the line between spaces, right up against the building. And someone who managed to cover 6 spaces by parking perpendicular to the actual spaces. People like that deserve ALL the shame.

24:45 As someone who deals with both Anxiety Attacks and Panic Attacks, I know wearing a cloth mask can make an already occurring panic attack feel subjectively more uncomfortable, and that for some people, Anxiety Attacks and Panic Attacks can be triggered by otherwise mundane things. HOWEVER, this does not justify this woman's behavior for multiple reasons. Firstly, setting aside all the political back and forth about masks, a private establishment requiring any and all patrons to wear masks is a dress code, not discrimination. Secondly, giving the woman the benefit of the doubt that she genuinely has an anxiety disorder and is genuinely triggered by wearing a mask to the point she cannot cope with wearing a mask for a few minutes, it is not the responsibility of the store to bend it's own rules around her for that, it is on her to take her business elsewhere. Thirdly, while refusing service to someone not following a dress code is not a crime, abusing 911 emergency services to harass someone is absolutely a crime.

So the girl in about 20:30 was constantly wrong and when she realized that the guy was right she put the bottles correctly and when the guy was going to tell her that that's how he said the bottles should got she went "hush, this is my turn" and when the other person said "all correct" she said "YES! then I win!? I WIN! I won, (name), learn how to loose"

tbh it seems like she was either fucking with him on purpose, or just waiting him to get the majority of them right as a strategy.

The piano one went viral here in the UK a couple weeks ago. The guy is famous for playing the piano in the train station and live streams it. These Chinese tourists walked up to him tried to claim that what he was doing was illegal because they hadn't given him permission to use their faces as is the law in china. The police came over to see what was happening and they tried to accuse him of harassment

the Chinese tourists were being Karen's XD "my country laws apply to the country I'm visiting" no they do not when you change locations the laws at the new location are the ones you have to follow

Apparently that is the law in other countries as well, no idea if it is the UK but there are enough comments on other videos about this (not about him) where it seems you can't record/video/take photos of strangers without their express permission - it might even be in some parts of the states, I've heard claims (and I don't live there, can only go by comments on videos) that in some states or parts of states it's illegal, some it's illegal to take photos/videos of kids or under 18s without their or their parents permission. Seems to be one of those things that is more common than you realise until you run foul of the rule but no idea if it's illegal or legal in the UK.

@@MayYourGodGoWithYou I mean I get that it's a law when purposefully done. But I think there's a line where people aren't/shouldn't be responsible for whoever walks by. There are lots of creators that blur faces and such to protect that person's privacy There's areas where any recording whatsoever is not allowed but the general public usually means that people can have their cameras unless otherwise specified
@crwydryny9 ай бұрын
@@MayYourGodGoWithYou in the UK there is no law against filming someone in public without their permission, simply because they are in public and thus there is no expectation of privacy. If they were in their home and you started filming them that would be different

@@dragonwolfzero820 The only reason I know anything about it was because there was a huge fuss when someone unpopular was posting footage/image of them and there were others in the background. It was mentioned that IF they were in X or Y they couldn't do this because you need permission from EVERYONE in the background before putting it up on social media (different if you're only taking photos to be seen at home etc apparently) but if they were in Z then they could keep in the adults but no children could be shown - or their faces have to be completely obscured - if shown on a public forum which again makes perfect sense. Seems to vary in the US (which is where all this stuff went down) depending on the state or part of the state whereas in other cases it depends on the country. I don't know how it is in the UK but it seems to be allowed here in Ireland and I've certainly seen images with others in the background shown on public forums without any issues arising from it. It might also depend on the person, some people don't want to be shown on social media (I wouldn't and I would be upset if I discovered images of me shown on someone's KZbin channel without my permission) while other's are more than happy to be seen and actually ensure they are in the video or photos. To me you shouldn't film in public - meaning a main street or possibly a major railway or bus station - unless you either remove/obscure everybody's faces (fairly easily done) or you ensure that you simply keep it in a very tight frame. One reason being you have no idea if someone innocently walking by is either supposed to be somewhere else or is possibly hiding from someone (thinking battered spouse or child, on the run from debt collectors or something like that) and by showing the video you are telling others where to find them (and I did know someone that happened to years ago, they ended up in the UK equivalent of witness protection and had to relocate to another country in the end after being caught in a video shot on a street in a town and shown on television, they were witnesses in a court case and this nearly destroyed the case as the accused knew roughly where to find them, people have no way of knowing the background of people they've videoed and you can't force people to stay hidden indoors for years on end - some court cases especially can take a long time to get evidence/proof etc - just in case they're innocently shown on international platforms) It's a difficult line to draw but with the prevalence of camera phones and everything being put up on social media now you have no idea if the person walking past as you shoot something is hiding from an abusive partner or maybe a drug dealer and you've just revealed their whereabouts to the world, much safer to automatically obscure the faces of everyone you haven't specifically got permission to film though I know it takes more time,, better safe than sorry. Unfortunately this is going to become more and more a common issue with all the indiscriminate filming that now goes on but it only needs to happen once with someone suffering as a result and authorities will have to do something about it. If you run a social media channel then the decent thing to do is to either obscure all the faces unless you have their permission or to film in locations where you aren't likely to catch members of the public without their express knowledge and permission. I don't know the answer but something needs to be done because sooner or later someone will be filmed who shouldn't be and something will happen which will make headlines around the world. It's a pity but with the advent of camera phones - or more specifically the need by some to consistently film everything and post it online for publicity and to make money which seems to be the case here - I think something will need to be done sooner rather than later.
