I’m so excited! I figured if I am going to be your biggest fan, then I need to start at the beginning! I’m so glad I did. This was a great podcast and you are such an inspiration to me. Thank you so much for allowing me to visit with via KZbin. I do not get out very much nor do I have most of my family near me. We are retired (me) and semi retired (Hubby). So now I’m going to keep going and look at all of your pod casts from the beginning. Thank you so much!

Great first episode, Kay!!! I enjoyed every crazy little bit and look forward to seeing more. Also, I am SO glad I am not the only one who cannot always remember the name of every little mini colorway in her blanket ;0).

heyyyyy! I know this crazy lady! From one sock knitter to another-- welcome to the wonderful world of podcasting-- LOVE the Lolodidit Coal Miners Daughter, I am a huge Patsy fan too, I just order a skein of that color yesterday! :D I am a selfish knitter too, I just wanna cast on ALL OF THE THINGS-- I am with you, trying to keep it reeled in and finish some projects. SO HAPPY to SEE you podcasting!

Thank you so much! I'm so excited to, HOPEFULLY, become a part of the wonderful podcast/knitting community. I just caught up with you today on your latest podcast, it was good to see you again! 😊 You will love lolodidit yarns! They are wonderful. I have 2 other skeins ready for a shawl that I'm hoping to cast on this week.... 😬

I guess I've been living under rock, because I just found your podcast! I go to the first podcast and watch in order to really get to know you. That gorgeous skein of Hocus Pocus! If you haven't used it yet (which you probably have by now, but if not, I totally get it...I have some "aging" skeins too!) Anyway, I wanted to suggest Joji's "Storm Shawl", which is pretty recent and a "1 skein wonder", and amazing of course. Looking forward to catching up watching your episodes!

I've go three blankets going: the Coziest Memories Blanket, the Pinwheel Blanket, and the Barn Raising Quilt. If I have anything left over after that, I'm going to join in all together with the Russian join, and then, who knows?

I learned to knit Magic-loop socks using your video tutorial and it has helped SO much; thank you! My socks turn out great except the cuff is never as neat and snug as yours looks. Do you use a smaller needle for the cuff? Also, I believe I heard you say you start the cuff with dpn's? Does that make the cuff neater? Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Kay, I only found your podcasts about 2 or 3 months ago so it was crazy seeing this original video. Strange to hear the voice I know so well coming out of this person who doesn't look familiar at all, lol.

@@sarahcollett6297 I've used acrylic yarn for slipper-socks but it wears out much faster than wool/nylon yarn.
