OK figured it out...kinda. Download Update for Millennium9** . Cant remember last two digits though I don't think it matters. The Millennium looks exactly like our 6011 and the update works. I emailed Launch USA last night and they replied today saying that the 6011 is an overseas model that they do not sell nor support and that I should contact them...China. OK now that I got it working, I'm pretty impressed. Great scanner.

Thanks for this joseph really. It was the Millennium 90 Pro. The updater for it worked and button configuration matches photo.

I just bought one of these and I can't locate the update software. Have you figured that out?

The website is www.dbscar.com but they have changed the site quite a bit since I was on it last. You might have to contact their support and ask.

I know this is a year old but I just bought one from amazon.... www.dbscar.com is the site but you have to look for downloads for the cr611 and download that, then extract the executable file and run that, it will install the update software on your pc, then you need to run that (from program files\launch) and enter your serial number and the registration number from the screen of the cr6011. remove the sd card from the scanner and insert it in your pc with a sd card adapter and click the update button. when it asks for the sd card it should recognize the drive letter of the card and select that and continue.... good luck.

Review: Not worth it...if you have a 96 Ford that is.....I got this thing in particularly for the ABS function....WHICH DOES NOT WORK....TROUBLE CODE 64b?.......AND MOST OTHER FUNCTIONS NOT SUPPORTED.......... BTW- The site to goto is eninfo.x431.com/ProductsStd_185.html (6011) or eninfo.x431.com/products.aspx?TypeId=68&FId=t3:68:3 then follow directions. . . You have to take the TF card out of the scanner, put it in the USB reader (both came with mine), then plug into your computer.....(FYI-password is "Registration #"....not mentioned anywhere) & download appropriate updates.......then take TF card reader & card out of your computer and reinsert the card into the scan tool....power up.......
