Creality CR-10 SE - 3D Printer - Print Quality

I have this printer and I love it the only thing that bothers me is that there is no cura profile yet :( but the creality slicer is just an older version of Cura so its fine. One more thing don't use bad filament a piece got snapped inside the extruder gears and I had to disassemble that whole thing which was a pain. ultimately good printer insanely fast.

I just got the Ender 3 s1 Pro and nothing would stick to the bed after just 3 days of using it so I think I’m going to send it back at get this printer!

I don't have ghosting and ringing but did have to adjust Z offset because it was too high

turn down the speed for the ghosting I only get that if I'm doing it over 250 mm/s

That last Petg came out nice. I'm trying to find what the quality is like when printing around the 200mm/s mark., have you gone a bit slower.?

How much Retraction Distance and Speed are you using? Were you able to get zero stringing?

Is so loud ? I am between ender 3 v3 ke and this one..In my contry price is 30-40euro different and i think is worth it but the loud it will be problem. is anyone have compare this two ? Thanks

That is a lot of ringing on the walls. MY ender 3 pro prints better quality than this
