I have 2 and they are both great. I use them for work. They are slow and cooling can get tricky, but this is a really good printer. It just won't hold your hand.

Do you have any tips for the ender s1 pro? I've had mine for nearly a month, and I've had nothing but issues with bed adhesion, the extruder knocking prints off, nearly every print I've tried has failed completely. I followed the so many setup guides, and I'm just not understanding how you are getting such good results.

Surprised to hear that. Even now when I am typing the printer in the background is working with no problems. If your issue no.1 is the bed adhesion - start with ensuring the bed is mechanically stable, not wobbling, adjust the rollers. Then make sure you have done bed leveling, first manual, then auto. In order to save auto leveling mesh - add M420 after G28 to the start GCODE: G28 ; Home all axes M420 S1 Z10 ; Use saved Bed Mesh And finally, wash the PEI sheet with some dishwashing detergent (I use "fairy") to remove any fat. For me, the prints stick very well...

I've had mine for a week and I understand your pain as I'm going through it, the fact of the matter is I don't believe *ANY* of these 3d printers are good for beginners. My biggest problem is although I'm getting some fair prints, when I don't or they turn into a mess, there is zero indication as to why. Anyone telling you this or probably any other 3D printer is good is doing so from the perspective of an experienced users and they *know* what to do because they learned what to do. The only tips I can give you that I've picked up from the last week is, manually level, then right after, auto level, make sure you use the paper they gave you to gauge the level height. Then turn the bed heat up to 70-75 followed by the nozzle temp up to 205, but the leveling is key i believe. There's other settings I've changed in Cura based on other video recommendations but I can't recall each one at the moment, something about "brim" in the cura settings helps with the adhesion around the edges also and don't forget to turn on "supports." When you're looking at your print, if you see red when you're moving the print around, that's where you need supports. I just figured that out today after figuring out to go from basic settings to advanced or expert in order to see extra settings. The problem is most people with the knowledge absolutely suck at teaching, teaching is a gift most people don't have. Most of the videos assume you have some basic knowledge, which of course a beginner just doesn't have. Luckily for me I'm retiring soon and will have the time to learn but these 3d printers aren't for the faint of heart. Good luck, we'll both need it.

You waste money if you buy this printer. Mark my words. Official Creality Firmware Update crashes printer on Auto bed level, pre heat bed, and attempting to print from sd card. STAY AWAY from this printer. Be warned.
