when installing a bowden tube to a hotend turn the pneumatic connector out by about half a turn, push the bowden tube in as far as you can and then tighten down the connector, this will ensure the bowden tube is snugged up nicely in the bottom of the throat and will greatly reduce the chance of seepage and clogging.

I purchased a ender 6 and after printing off 70 plus pieces I have some major issues. I have had issues along the way and with the support from creality, they have stopped responding. The machine restarts on its own, restarts as it is printing and when it starts back off then slice it was working is off and then corrects itself, needless to say the piece is scrap. I now have an issue where the filament is getting jammed into the nozzle faster then it can use it, I have replaced the nozzle with 2 spares that came with it. It jammed so much that the tube that the filament travels through is clogged. ( I have ordered replacements) I got a tube that fits the outside diameter of the original feed tube and got it to work so the filament travels through nicely. but it still feeds the filament faster then it can use it. I am at a place after only having this printer since the end of april that I have been looking for a different machine. This one as you know was 550. to me big waste of money I can't produce anything. thank you for your time

Thank you vape diesel, you showed me that I completely missed plugging in the z-axis wire on the bottom ! But now I can't get the filament to feed in.. the blue indicator light comes on, but I can push it through that point to continue feeding it up.. Help !

Hello, having trouble getting my BL touch to work, it will not finish the process of auto leveling, it has stopped working at number one and gone as high as 23 but can not get to finish at 25 like it is supposed to happen. Need help

My doors didn't fit, took a hand planner to the inside edge and knocked off maybe 1/16th and they shut now, little tight but works for me..

Issues after issue right out of the box. Loud grinding noise around the belt, motor not rotating and jerking movements. I was still under their return time frame, but they refused to communicate once I refused to troubleshoot any further more than a normal person would do. Please do NOT buy any creality printer from their website, buy it from amazon instead.

Me putting mine together: huh mine looks a little different I guess of mine's just a different type of plexiglass that's frosted? Also me: FFFFFFFFFFFF ... As I unscrew everything I just screwed in all the way around to peel the film off.

There is just too much "hype" surrounding this printer and the Ender 7 that followed it. Creality touted this as a printer that can print in the 150 - 200mm/s range. I have used mine up to 120mm/s and it was already starting to have issues at that speed. This printer is way over-rated and to print fast is pretty much all it can do and nothing else. If you want to print parts that can achieve +/- 100 microns tolerance(standard in almost all FDM printers) this model is just garbage. And that long bowden tube isn't helping it much. I almost threw mine out the window until I upgraded it to have a Microswiss NG Direct Drive as a last resort (before disposing it) - that was the only time it became useful enough to be worth keeping.

Probably the worst printer I’ve assembled so far! Came with missing wires, pieces, and the parts it came with doesn’t even fit the printer properly. Don’t buy Chinese products.
