CREAM AND STRAWBERRY TART 🍓 WITHOUT BUTTER 🍓 Melting and Creamy 🍋

Crostata is one of the best known and most appreciated desserts, I love making it in various shapes and textures! Today's is really delicious, fresh and melting in the mouth! The freshness given by the delicate Lemon Cream and fresh Strawberries, enclosed in a shell of Shortbread with oil that makes it crumbly and soft at the same time! Excellent at the end of a meal, for an anniversary and to sweeten every moment of the day!

📝 FROLLA INGREDIENTS: 25X30 cm MOLD
300 g 00 flour (for all uses)
2 eggs
90 g Sugar
70 g Seed oil
8 g baking powder (1/2 sachet)
Zest of 1/2 Lemon and 1/2 Orange (or only one or only the other)
1 pinch Salt
FOR THE LEMON PASTRY CREAM 🍋
500 g Milk
2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
4 spoons of Sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch (or starch or flour)
1 grated lemon
Fresh strawberries
Powdered sugar
Apricot jam (for polishing)
