An always welcome dessert, a good CREAMY Tart that makes everyone happy! Excellent at the end of a meal or as an anniversary dessert or simply to be consumed at any time of the day! It's very simple to do and has a particular consistency thanks to the almond flour!
Crumbly on top thanks to the shortcrust pastry crumbs and melting and creamy inside, in short, IRRESISTIBLE!

🌡️ Bake at 180° Static 175° Ventilated for about 25-3 minutes
📝 INGREDIENTS: MOLD 26 cm
300 g 00 flour
100 g Almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
100g Sugar
100g Butter
2 eggs
1 lemon
8 g Baking powder for sweets (1/2 sachet)
Powdered sugar
20 Amaretti biscuits (approximately)

500 ml Milk (also lactose-free)
2 egg yolks
40 g Corn starch (or 00 flour)
100g Sugar
Vanilla extract (or lemon)
