Eric I made your cake again and this time I waited a day before tasting. Everyone loved it because the flavors seemed to get better after a day especially after freezing for a night. It was moist yet light and flavorful. You are a great teacher and I appreciate how you review the ingredients throughout your presentation. Thank you for all your great recipes!

Mr. Eric: I had every intention to post a picture of your cake that I made following your instructions but the cake was eaten so fast that all was left was the empty plate. Thank you so much for your easy to follow instructions. I was a little doubtful at first because so many people post food, but you delivered exactly what you promised! This was the best cake and the first one I ever made from scratch that turned out perfect! The cake was light and simply delicious! Simply put Mr. Eric, you can bake your AZ off! Thanks for this great cake.

I was wondering about those KITCHENAID. I think they have a scrape attachment now. People swear by them just because of the name and amount they cost that's all. When I find things cheaper that gets the job done I buy that! Thanks for keeping it real. I was thinking of buying one. I'll just keep what I got. BE WELL ,BE BLESSED AND BE A BLESSING!

you should purchase a larger Bundt pan for homemade cake recipes that have 3c sugar and 3 c flour and more than 4 eggs. that small one is for box cakes that yield a significantly smaller volumed cake.

I agree with everything he's saying about that kitchenAid mixer, but Its not as bad as he's making it out to be. I have one but I hardly ever use it. I prefer to use my hand mixer. But sir...you are messy as hell with this kitchenAid mixer. You have batter all over the place...lol Watching you will make a person NOT want to buy this mixer. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you are trying to make your kitchenAid Mixer look like it's extremely troublesome ...lol
