Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 300 grams
salt to taste
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
oil - 2 Tbsp
butter - 25 to 30 gms
finely chopped garlic - 3 Tbsp
maida - 1/2 Tbsp
oregano - 1 tsp
chicken stock - 1 Cup
store bought ( without salt)
lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves
Method
Heat Oil In pan and place the chicken pieces. Fry on medium heat for around 3 minutes and then flip the pieces. continue to fry on medium heat for another 3 minutes. fry on both sides for a total of another 3 minutes or until the pieces light brown in colour and is nearly cooked.
Remove & Set aside
heat the butter in the pan and then add the finely chopped garlic , mix and fry on medium flame for 1 minute or turns Aromatic.
Add the chicken stock, oregano, pepper powder , salt and lemon juice
( do not add the salt if you are using chicken stock has salt)
give to a mix and cook on medium heat until the stock is cooked and thickened.
Add the Fried chicken pieces , mix and cook on medium heat for 2 to 5 mins.
garnish with a coriander leaves.
Serve hot 😊.
