This was absolutely delicious and incredibly quick and easy. The way the sauce coats the chicken gives it so much rich flavor, and the little bit of lemon (I added zest at the end as well) balances it perfectly. My kids both loved it, one even going back for seconds, and this is a rarity. This will absolutely become a staple in my kitchen.
