I got up thing morning with a couple of inches of snow, 21 degrees outside and I’m thinking, that would be great to fix for today! I love corn chowder soup and that’s exactly the way I make mine. That personalized cup is adorable! ❤

It was right on time!! It’s cold here in South Carolina, we are not ok 🤣😂 it’s surely a perfect day for soup! It’s not as cold here as it is where you are, so I really have no place to complain but it is very breezy out today brrrr 🥶 Perfect day for soup 🙌 And you are absolutely correct my coworkers(my sweet friends) are amazing, I love my cup I’m toting around everywhere…my bougie cup 🤣🤣🥰🤗

It was 30 degrees the last couple nights here in Tampa. Too cold for my liking but I do rather the cooler temps than the summer heat. Looks good and warming up the bones. Russell has the best job. Cute cup.

Let me tell all of you how delicious and quick this is... warming, filling and satisfying 😋 A couple slight tweaks I made were a can of drained whole corn with poblanos and red bell peppers to replace one cream corn, and a jar of queso blanco in addition to half the heavy cream. I used a package of pre cooked bacon I'd gotten on clearance so used Bacon Up to cook the onions and potatoes. I will definitely make this again, but plan to cook my own bacon. If I hadn't had heavy cream, I probably would have used a can of evaporated milk , or unsweetened coconut milk, or a can of Campbell's cream of bacon soup, or even a block of cream cheese with more chicken broth. The suggestion of biscuit or country gravy is great, too. I used a sprinkle of both cilantro and green onion for toppings.😊
