😋 yum...if you don’t have basil, try adding some pesto.
@NoHippieBBQCooking5 жыл бұрын
That would be great also

Lyle, that sauce sounds delicious for a non shrimp version for pasta. I am going to have to start planting a big bunch of basil for all these great dishes you have inspired.

I'm lucky that the Asian markets sell it so cheap. It's really expensive at traditional stores

Fantastic recipe Lyle! I make nearly the exact same thing with shrimp, chicken or both. You’re 100% right on the capers, definitely great against the cream. No wonder headrow Johnson is growing, he got a huge plate. 😂

LOL. Headrow...Cant get much easier than this

I was watching some of your Sabauce vids from a couple years ago. You've dropped a lot of weight! Good job! Don't know if should trust a skinny cook, but I’ll sub you any way. Be well.

i would replace the basil with spinach used sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives instead of capers and roasted peppers. you could keep the capers but i'd go pearl kalamata olives. if you do that and i would also use romano chese or half romano. i haven't tried it yet but a goat or feta would prolly work as a cheese crumbled in instead of grated in lieu of the parm/romano. anyway that is my take on this one. if you really miss the basil flavor instead i would used a pinch of good pesto or make a pesto crusty bread to serve with it instead of the fresh basil and just use the spinach or some chard greens combo
