Greetings from Texas. Thank you for this video. I made this pasta dish, and the crescent rolls stuffed with cheese. They turned out great!!! I have minced garlic in a glass jar, and used 3 tablespoons. All other ingredients I kept the same, and used mozerella and parmesan cheese. Thank you for the warning about 1 minute time limit to sautee the garlic to avoid a bitter taste. You are the first to teach me about using pasta water. I have limited knowledge and experience at cooking, but am inspired by you. Your cooking videos make me feel like I'm watching "Country Cooking With the Browns" on Food Network. Lori, you are a natural in front of the camera, and have a very cheerful voice. It's like having you right in front of me as you teach about cooking and baking. By the way, Texas weather is unpredictable too.

Hi Laurie that looks awesome. Here in Ohio we've had a very warm winter I never even got to use my snow shovel so I went ahead and direct seeded cucumbers, green beans and lettuce and yup we got frost last night. I did cover my cucumbers which decided to pop up out of the soil yesterday. I have seeds ordered will be here tomorrow Arkansas Traveler Heirloom Tomato. A friend of mine who use to have a small homestead grew them and shared with me one year they were so awesome then she couldn't remember where she got the seeds from so I'm really excited to finally have found them again. And another one called Viagara tomato seeds said they are good have no idea why they are named what they are but that they grow early and until the fall. This is my favorite time of the year to be out planting, watering and then harvesting and preserving. Anna In Ohio.
