Another great recipe out of so many! I wipe my mushrooms with a damp paper towel instead of rinsing since they have so much water already. Sauté first to remove remaining moisture. Can't wait to make this

Excellent Recipe as always Natasha ! In France we call your 'chicken tenders' - 'aiguillettes de poulet'. I regularly buy them fresh from Auchan - two or three 1 Kilo Packs at a time (normally 24/5 Aiguillettes per Pack). They are great for freezing when separated into 4 or 5 portions each. However, one thing l find is there is a fine, film/membrane that needs to be removed before cooking. The method l use is, is to find that fine membrane, push it over to the edge of the Aiguillette and slice off. If this membrane is not completely removed, it can curl up in the cooking process and become tough and chewy, spoiling the result. Bon apetit !!!

This is wonderful easy recipe, and versatile for plating. This sauce can be used over the top over beef, like loin, T-bone or New York strip, although I wouldn’t use it on richer steaks. It’s good to talk about how the richness of the cream adds to the dish, whether breast meat or dark mean like chicken things and legs. And also to caramelize the mushrooms which are very moist and need to be cooked on high heat before you add salt, because cooking mushrooms with salt draws out the mostly too easy and can make them soggy. Anyway I am just offering ideas. I am a huge fan of your style and channel and wish you and your family well. Love your positive style and that’s why I follow you. God bless!!!
