Hey guys! We are so excited to share with you guys today’s video. This creamy udon pasta recipe is seriously so unbelievably good! I (Grace), have not tried this pasta of Angie’s yet and was so surprised at how good this was! If you guys love kimchi and udon, you will really this dish as well. Ingredients:
1 Udon, frozen
1/4 Cup Kimchi, chopped
1/4 Cup Kimchi juice
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping cream
Pepper, to taste
~5 Large Shrimp
1/4 Red onion
For the topping/garnishing
Dried Parsley
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
1 Large Egg
Directions:
1. To a bowl of lukewarm water, add frozen udon to defrost it.
2. In a medium pan on medium heat, heat olive oil. Once heated, add kimchi.
3. Stir for a few minutes until slightly cooked.
4. Add onions and toss until well combined.
5. Then, add in shrimp to the pan and cook on both sides until pink.
6. Add kimchi juice, oyster sauce, and cream to the pan, stirring frequently.
7. Once it simmers, add udon.
8. Plate the pasta and garnish with Everything but the Bagel seasoning and dried parsley.
9. Top it off with a fried egg.
