Creamy Marry Me Chicken Thighs: A Recipe in 30 Minutes

I made this for dinner the other night when our 18 year old grandson, who has the appetite of an elephant!, came over. He woofed down two servings and said to me. This has some weird, (weird? well really!) ingredients in it but it sure tastes so good. Yep, there was none left over. Thank you Dave. My grandson loves everything I make that you have given us.

Dave my friend, very nice recipe & yes on us & the girls, glad to see you use thighs as is our fave cut, we use poultry seasoning vs Italian seasoning as is par for the course here, & would serve this over rice or egg noodles here in the south but other than that I would not change anything on your recipe, looks delicious, we have the girls for the weekend & may make this dish, keep your stick on the ice pal

Hello Dave. I tried it today, and the sauce dried up on me, and the chicken was a little bit raw in the middle, so I finished cooking it in my NuWave primo oven, and put in a little more cream, but the taste was fabulous. What do you think I did wrong? I'm asking because despite those details my wife wants to repeat again tomorrow, and so do I. HAHAHA! Plus I want my daughter, and her husband, and my son to taste it. I know I'm going to double the ingredients for the sauce it's that good. Thank you.
