Creamy POTATOES/ quick and delicious way to make potatoes 💁🏻‍♀️

2 onions sliced
Potatoes peeled and cut
Put everything in the baking tray, add seasoning, oil and 1 cup of water.
Mix well and bake till soft 45 min on 180.
When soft add 300ml thickened cream and bake further 15 min till golden brown.
