⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 南瓜濃蝦湯 材料: 南瓜1斤 急凍大蝦6隻 鮮奶適量 處理: 1. 大蝦,清水解凍。 2. 南瓜,去皮,刮去囊,清水洗乾淨,切細舊,放入攪拌機,加入1杯清水,攪碎南瓜,倒入煲內。 烹調: 1. 大火煲滾南瓜湯,滾起後即轉慢火。 2. 蝦已解凍,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾,加入少許鹽,攪勻。 3. 湯開始滾起,加入蝦仁,轉大火,但小心滾瀉。 4. 試一試味。 5. 完成,倒入湯碗內,加入蝦仁及鮮奶1湯匙。 6. 可隨個人口味加入少量黑椒。 7. 可享用。 Pumpkin and prawns thick soup Ingredients: Pumpkin 1 catty Frozen prawns 6 Nos. Fresh milk appropriate amount Preparation: 1. Prawns, defrost in tap water. 2. Pumpkin, get it peeled. Remove seeds. Rinse thoroughly. Dice in small cubes. Put in blender. Blend it with a glass of water. Blend well. Pour into a pot. Steps: 1. Heat up the pumpkin soup at high flame. Turn to low flame after boils up. 2. Prawns have been defrosted, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. Season with little salt. Mix well. 3. Soup starts to boil up, add in prawns. Turn to high flame. Beware of boiling over. 4. Taste the soup. 5. Complete. Pour the soup into bowls. Add in prawns and fresh milk 1 tbsp. 6. Add in little black pepper upon personal favourite. 7. Serve.
