I need to find a way to fix the light in front of me so it isn't so strong so I have colour balance for when i'm streaming in the daytime (two coloured lights behind me work perfectly for nighttime) And once I get a new PC, animate some of my designs to clean up some of the issues with how static my stream can look when i'm distracted.

I know I'm late, but OBS Studio has had a filter that allows you to change the shape of the camera for a while now (As long as you can make basic shapes in any art program, for example, GIMP. For example make a 16:9 image and draw a big green circle in the middle, export as .png file ). Right click your source in OBS Studio and select Filter. The filter, in *OBS Studio*, is "Image Mask/Blend". To the right in the "Type" drop down list, select "Alpha Mask (Alpha Channel)". One line down is "Path" this is where you'll choose your green shape which will form your camera. Another line down is "Color", make sure you choose whatever color you made the shape (in this case green). This sounds a bit much, but I feel it may be a smidge bit simpler because you can make a bunch of chroma-keyed shapes at once (then play around with all of them to see how you like since you can make multiple of the same filter or turn the filter off with one-click).

Stream Effects is great. Many kudos to the person that coded it and gave it away for free. I like using it to put retro games in their own virtual TV rather than try to upscale them. Can't get good image quality out of composite cables without with an expensive upscaler. So cropping them down a bit is a better option.

10:08 Another way that could sell the effect even further, is use the light you actually use IRL as a reference to create that "light" around your effect. So instead of having it look like it was coming from the right side, swap to the left so it looks like your world was effecting the stream. It looks cool as is though!

There is truth to the old adage, "The devil's in the details". One of the things that struck me the first time I saw one of your videos, or watched one of your streams was how clean they are. Video and audio are extremely well done, which I guess is to be expected from someone who's profession is making videos . More than that, though, it's the presentation, and the small details in the presentation that make it stand out. These are the kinds of details that subconsciously you know are there, but until they are pointed out, you don't realize. The drop shadow on the "bent" camera is good example of such a detail.

I like watching these even though I can't stream. There is another KZbin Helper that has his bits, change the color on a set of animal LED headphones he wears. The only person I have seen who has something like that, I will have to find his channel again. But that is a cool interactive feature, same with LED boards in the background that display the user/doner names. all i need to do is get some proper lighting for my c920, currently using a desk lamp that's placed behind one of my monitors as back light, and behind me i got two lifx downlights to make the background more "interesting" and i had gotten the nerd or die reloaded overlay/scene pack along with the voice ui sound pack for alerts, and with your discount code i saved $1.50. i did however do one step differently, inside of getting better lighting i got ordered better sound equipment (goxlr and the shure sm7b) i do however plan to save up for better lighting by late june early july, thinking of getting the elgato key lights.

To answer the question of "is there a streamer who's design has always stood out to you" it's a guy named "Toasty" he just recently started streaming. However he used to be known as "Bashur" I'm sure you've heard of him in the youtube news in recent years, with all the false allegations toward him. Anyway, he's made a very trippy stream where it's a "dream" and he's using facerig to make himself toast, he's on what seems like a talk show and he has a co host (tts bot) named pixelhead. It's all very entertaining, especially with his bit alerts. I need to know how he did it, I've asked him but no response. :(

In case you didn't see, there's now font size options :) you'll need to follow the same link to re-add it. Change the width/height settings of the overlay, then scale up the box by holding shift and dragging the corner; up the size of the text and icons and it'll be bigger.
