Thank you. Very helpful. We have a corporate club with many rooms that have sufficient audio and video. We have to figure out if we need another camera because the room camera is fixed at one end, which is good for showing the audience, but not a speaker at the head of the table. But perhaps we can have speakers speak from the foot of the table. One big challenge is having a 'moderator' for meetings. That's just not realistic with meeting attendance low. We need a solid setup that will just work once we start the meeting. anyhow, thank you very much for the tech recommendations. Nice job.

Our corporate club has purchased 2 web cams and the company just switched to Zoom for meetings. In our conference room, there are large monitors and a sound system that has room mics and room audio. There's a (Cisco?) whiteboard app to connect to the Zoom meeting. I can get the dual cameras to work (podium and audience), however, I cannot resolve the sound. The system returns feedback when I test speak. I disabled the Recording function for both web cams. But if I turn off the mic on the laptop, the sound disappears. When I enable the laptop mic, the room mics don't work, and we get feedback. Very frustrating. I'm starting to wonder if I need to disable the laptop mic, and get a separate mic, and possibly a separate output audio device. This is not simple work.
