Thank you for this video! In my Toastmasters group, we are doing Hybrid Meetings and we have a more solo type (Usually 4 or less than 6 people). I set the room up so that the projector screen is on the left. We also use a two camera system, with a 720p and a 1080p webcams. One camera is facing towards the lecturn (The 720p) and one facing towards the audience (The 1080p) and I utilize OBS to stream the video and to easily swap between cameras. OBS also allows me the ability to put front displays, like if we're taking a break, we can put a timer in the corner, or if we want to share with the entire room a poster, we can do so easily. But I also like the idea of using a cell phone to stream also the audience, just as a backup. Thanks for the tips and tricks again.

This is a very helpful video. We usually have local cable video crew recording our public municipal meetings with microphones, and several cameras. Can this system already in place be used in conjunction with Zoom? Since Zoom may make our current video recording system obsolete, it would be nice if the system already in place could be used for Zoom hybrid meetings.

Usually it can. You would need a video switcher like an ATEM that would act like a single camera from Zooms perspective on the computer.
