Create a simple 'lay flat' art journal with an easy binding tutorial

Here is a process video / tutorial on how I created a 2 signature 'lay flat' art journal.
I wasn't a fan of the confusing kettle or coptic stitch (my neurospicy brain couldn't figure it out LOL) so I played around and found a way to use my favourite 3 hole pamphlet stitch to combine 2 signatures together.
